Billy Mitchell

Billy's experience with music started in 4th grade playing of all things...clarinet and trumpet, with Billy's family packing half the school auditorium to see him play. One year, Billy's friend got a Precision bass as a Christmas present. His friend didn't really like it, but Billy picked it up and took to it immediately. Within days he got his own bass...and he's carried a bass around everywhere ever since, even sleeping with it on occasion. Billy finds inspiration in bassists with a unique, original sound who approach the instrument differently, listing Dream Theater, Mudvayne. Korn, 311, Primus and Dire Straits among his influences. Hailing from Lynn, Massachusetts, Billy currently sleeps in Raymond, NH.
